Steps to Enrollment
Attend an Open House (Windows on Waldorf – WOW), schedule an Observation Morning (for parent and child to observe free play and circle time), or schedule a private tour.
Submit an application through our online registration service: TADS. Click on the beige button: “TADS” at the bottom of the page to begin this process. An application fee is required.
If your child is attending or has attended another preschool program, contact the office of Azalea Mountain School with the name and contact information of the school so that we can arrange to have your child’s school records sent to us. We will also send your child’s former teacher a questionaire to be completed. We suggest that you inform your child’s previous program administrator of our intention to contact them.
Upon your acceptance phone call from the Kindergarten Teacher, return to your TADS account, and complete the supplemental information. Please pay the classroom supply fee within 10 days.
Families who choose to apply for financial aid (only for program option: 5 day) may start the process at any time after submitting their application (see step 2). Click here to start.
Upon the receipt of the classroom supply fee, TADS will email or mail you a billing agreement; please complete to finalize your child’s enrollment.
