Please complete the following steps for enrollment:

1. Tour our school! Call 828.575.2557 for an appointment.
2. To complete the application for admissions on-line with TADS:
• Click on the TADS Admissions & Enrollment button below and “Create a New Account.”
• Includes teacher reference form, school records, and $75 application fee.
3. Schedule personal conversation with family/student and class teacher.
4. Complete Enrollment section on TADS, with payment of classroom supply fee within 15 days of acceptance
5. Complete Billing Agreement on TADS to arrange a method and schedule of paying tuition/program fees in one, two, or ten installments.

Payments start Aug. 5, 2012

Optional Steps For Applying for Financial Aid:

1. To begin your application, use our convenient TADS service using the TADS Financial Aid Application button below and Create a New Account.
2. Complete the Financial Aid application on TADS and supply all requested documentation. Please send documentation by US mail.
3. Receive letter from Azalea Mountain showing range of adjusted tuition.
4. Select tuition within the adjusted range and sign tuition agreement.
5. Complete Billing Agreement on TADS.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for the process to be completed by July 1, 2012.

We are pleased to offer on-line applications for admissions and financial aid through TADS. Their experience and efficient system allows us to streamline our process, and keep our administrative costs lower.

The processing fee for admissions is $75. The financial aid processing fee is $34. These fees are non-refundable.

For the 2012-2013 Academic Year

The deadline for admissions and financial aid applications is July 1, 2012.

Financial aid awards will be made between July 15-30 for families who have completed the enrollment process by the deadline.

We welcome applications past the July 1 deadline, however enrollment and financial aid awards may be delayed.
